Salary: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour + Commissions

* This position will start with approximately 20/40 hours per week of work with an
opportunity for additional hours.
* Significant commissions are available for sales made

Light Lounge uses medical-grade and FDA-listed devices that have research-backed
efficacy for a variety of clinical and non-clinical conditions. Light therapy (Photobiomodulation) can decrease inflammation and oxidative stress and is backed by 50 years of clinical and laboratory research with no documented side-effects.

We are hiring a full-time/part-time Assistant Manager and Sales Lead to sell memberships, manage our location, provide customer service, and conduct sales at our Light Lounge.

This position provides an exciting opportunity to participate in the provision of the latest innovation in wellness technology.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Assistant Studio Manager Requirements:

* Must be able to work Saturday 10am-2pm shift

Job Duties:
* Selling monthly service memberships (“signing up new members”)
* Coordinating employee schedules
* Scheduling treatment appointments
* “Checking out” customers after appointments
* Minor point-of-sale (POS) use
* Working with our retail app and reporting software or google drive
* Cleaning, doing laundry, and general maintenance/upkeep.
* Customer service/assistance

Assistant Studio Manager and Sales Lead is offered as a part-time (potentially full-time) sales and management job.

Applicant(s) must be able to:
* Close sales (sell memberships)
* Work efficiently and independently
* Lead employees and take charge of facility maintenance without being asked to do
so.
* Be able to execute duty checklists and perform regular daily assigned task
* This is a hospitality customer facing position- must be comfortable engaging and managing customers.

Beneficial Qualifications:

* Office Manager or employee for Spa, Club, Gym, Physical Therapy Center, Chiropractor/Doctor/Dentist Office, etc.

* Background in Sales/Hospitality
* Fitness Industry experience
* Athletics/Athletic Training and Performance background as trainer, athlete, coach.
