Position: Studio Manager

- The Studio Manager works directly with the Franchise owner in support of studio operations and profitability
- Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
- Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance
- Attend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate Webinars
- Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
- Host weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
- Ensure that all front desk procedures are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Past Due Account Procedures, Customer Care calls, etc.
- Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound.
- Spend a minimum of 40+ hours in studio weekly including one full weekend day
- The right person may have the future opportunity to manage up to three studio locations and other studio managers
- Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
- 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
- Associate or bachelors degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management
- Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue
- Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to describe the workout to prospective clients effectively.
