Design Studio Assistant Job at Solomon Page in New York

We are looking for a Design Studio Assistant for a top fashion company in New York, New York. This position operates 5 days onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Heavy calendar management and meeting coordination
• Help organize and order design presentation boards and assist in the preparation of meetings.
• Schedule meetings and ensure meetings are confirmed
• Ensure designers are aware of upcoming meetings and support setup.
• Follow up and confirm all model bookings
• Review and sign off on invoices

Qualifications:

• Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Must be flexible with the ability to self-manage
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be a collaborative, team player with great initiative
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fashion/luxury brand experience is a plus
• Able to adapt to priorities that continuously change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Needs a strong sense of urgency and have excellent follow-thru skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Concur. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
