In this role, you will deliver client presentations, track the sales pipeline, report project wins, and maintain effective communication across all departments. You will work independently or with a team to resolve design criteria, project issues, schedules, and technical challenges. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, reading construction documents, and solving complex problems. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, with the ability to provide clear instructions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

How You Contribute:
- Implement Go-To-Market Strategy: Understand and communicate the Studio 431 value proposition.

Criteria for Success:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, with a track record of initiative and self-direction.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in computer applications, ability to read blueprints, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Clear, effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Candidates should be based near a major airport to accommodate up to 30% domestic travel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, sit, or walk for up to 5 hours.
