Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experience for our customers across both mobile applications and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, merchandisers and other stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions for both mobile apps and web platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Conduct competitor research, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
- Design visually stunning interfaces that align with Quince's brand identity and aesthetic for both app, mobile and web.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms.
- Leverage A/B testing, usability tests and other user research methodologies to validate experiences. Take a customer-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and methodologies.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide support throughout the development lifecycle for both app and web.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that final designs meet user requirements and business objectives.
- Seek ways to enhance e-commerce experience (focusing on mobile-first design)
- Proactively use design, UX and prototyping to communicate new inspiring brand
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Stay up to date with new innovations and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in fields related
- 5+ years of experience in brand-focused companies; prior experience as a mid-level designer
- A digital portfolio of past work
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
- Highly organized, and able to multitaskEffective in time management, working on multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality brand standards
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where workflows change and move rapidly
- Proactive and highly motivated team playerExceptional communication skills
