UI/UX Designer Job at Remote Work Digital Limited in Washington

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:
- Collaborate with the CTO to understand project requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
- Design UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our website and internal management systems.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes.

User Experience:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Analyze user behavior and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
- Create personas, user flows, and customer journey maps to guide design decisions.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and visual identity.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with front-end and back-end developers to implement UI/UX designs.
- Participate in regular design reviews and provide feedback to peers.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders, including the CTO and other team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
