"UX/UI Designer (CRO)Position OverviewOur client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer specializing in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to enhance user experiences and drive conversions across their digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, coupled with expertise in A/B testing and conducting UX audits. This role will be leaning more heavily on UX design work.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and iterate user interfaces for web and mobile applications to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design changes and optimize user engagement and conversion funnels.Perform comprehensive UX audits to identify usability issues and recommend design improvements.Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and strategies for enhancing user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and development to align design goals with business objectives.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our design practices are innovative and effective.QualificationsProven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in user experience (UX).Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.Ability to analyze user data and feedback to drive design decisions.Nice to have: Knowledge of VMO, Data Analysis, Conversion Funnels, User Engagement techniques, and basic Web Development skills.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
