Senior UX/UI Creative Designer Job at FIT:MATCH in New York

About the Job: We are seeking a motivated product designer in UX/UI for all our solutions including Web, App, and Client product facing assets. We build amazing technology, and your role is to ensure the products are as well designed as they are engineered. This role will support the delivery of our digital assets across various Clients, support the product design strategy & roadmap with development partners, and master customer experience. This incumbent will identify internal & external opportunities and support delivery of outward-facing assets that support all Client facing materials in addition to providing Sales team support in closing out Client deals.  By applying a start-up and customer-first mentality, the Senior UX/UI Creative Designer will lead the team on design strategy and product design to shape our existing and future assets for B2B and B2C products. What You'll Work On: Lead the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a team environment. Work with leadership in design planning and goal creation. Understand customers and their needs by independently conducting customer research, user testing, and establishing feedback loops. Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and CX specs for engineers. Test your designs with customers and iterate based on feedback. Partner closely with the Head of 3D and Mobile Solutions on product design elements Communicate and manage the process and timelines of multiple client projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with members of the team to ensure proper completion of work as it relates to the goals of the project and task at hand. Interact directly with leadership to present designs and gather peer feedback. Communicate design recommendations to team members (to be shared with clients) Coordinate and prioritize tasks with the Product Owner and Development Teams Manage & mentor UX/UI Analysts on product design Your Areas of Expertise: A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Design, Leadership, or another related field Experience designing for web and app, chatbot, AI, and other digital channels Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch etc. Proven ability to deliver and drive projects forward with limited direction Manage stakeholder feedback and design roadmap Passion for product development in the retail space Excellent & strong proficiency in design and development within PowerPoint Nice to have:  3D modeling, animation & rendering About the Company Fit:Match is a B2B2C technology company on a mission to revolutionize the apparel industry through data science to deliver increased relevance and satisfaction for shoppers, improve retail economics and help the industry as a whole make significant strides towards sustainable apparel retail.
