Cognizant is looking for UI Design prototyping. We are seeking an Experience Strategist with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Experience Design POV, UI Design Patterns, and Responsive Web Design with a strong background in the Cards and Payments domain. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences and driving impact.

- Lead the development and implementation of experience strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
- Oversee the creation of user-centric design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.
- Provide expertise in Experience Design POV to ensure innovative and effective design approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI Design Patterns into product development.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve design solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Ensure all design solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in experience design and technology.
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure RP, or similar.
- Ability to translate user research insights into functional, visually appealing prototypes.
- Understanding of visual design principles (color theory, typography, layout) to create intuitive interfaces.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles to adapt prototypes across different devices.
- Proven ability to conduct user research (user interviews, usability testing) to inform design decisions.
- Strong understanding of user personas and user flows to create user-centric prototypes.
- Experience in iterative design processes to refine prototypes based on feedback.
