The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly mobile applications that enhance user experience and drive engagement. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive designs that align with our product goals.This role is hybrid in Chicago, IL, 3 months to start, up to 40hrs/week.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user research to understand user needs and behaviorsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product directionDevelop and maintain design guidelines and standardsConduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedbackStay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologiesQualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field3+ years experience in UX design, particularly for mobile applicationsStrong portfolio showcasing mobile UX design projectsProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XDExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in Agile environmentsBONUS: passion for youth sports!In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
