The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an UX Designer II , working in Telecommunications industry in Miami, Florida, United States.
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Generating multiple credible design solutions based on analysis.
- Exhibiting mastery of shared tools and software for design.
- Identifying appropriate design problems and opportunities within a brief and recommend solutions.
- Participating in divergent and convergent group work.
- Working independently with some guidance to solve larger, more open-ended problems.
- Exploring, refining, and documenting solutions thoroughly.
- Objectively evaluating and refining concepts based on learnings from prototypes.
Our Client
Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field of study
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of high fidelity prototyping and testing experiences
- Experience with user centric design overall
- Experience designing technical and/or business web applications
- Experience with Figma
- A portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard, to wireframes and prototypes (blog, Dribbble, Github, etc.)
- Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%
- Portfolio of largely professional work
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience with Smart Sheets and/or Google Suite
