Co-founder and Senior UI/UX Design Badass (Equity Based Position)

• Demonstrated expertise in collaboration and communication, interfacing with clients, product managers, software developers, and other team members
• EXPERTISE with design software such as Figma
• Passion for implementing design best practices that improve usability, flows, and user satisfaction
• Expert in UI/UX design with a focus on SaaS platforms
• Not required: Equipped with skills in GTM, product marketing, branding, and growth hacking
• Committed to a long-term journey with SQOR, contributing to its scaling and success

Responsibilities

• We are in search of a Senior UI/UX Designer (please add your portfolio) who can polish and clean up what we have and add to it over time in a data-driven way
• This multidimensional role involves refining our product's design for the user, leading data-driven design optimization, and developing landing page strategies for various ICPs
• As a Co-founder and Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for hands-on designing and implementation of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our products
• You will work closely with our teams, including product managers, software developers, and data scientists, to create user experiences that simplify complex data sets
• Elevate the UI for an unparalleled user experience on existing and new pages
• Continuously implement data-driven design optimizations
• Strategize and execute impactful landing page solutions

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading UX/UI design processes and teams
• Experience in designing web applications, websites, dashboards, and mobile applications
• Demonstrated expertise in collaboration and communication, interfacing with clients, product managers, software developers, and other team members
• EXPERTISE with design software such as Figma
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing designs
• Passion for implementing design best practices that improve usability, flows, and user satisfaction
• Expert in UI/UX design with a focus on SaaS platforms
• Not required: Equipped with skills in GTM, product marketing, branding, and growth hacking
• Committed to a long-term journey with SQOR, contributing to its scaling and success

Benefits

• The role offers 1% to 2% equity, based on your involvement and contribution commitment
• As we gain traction and raise capital, salaries will become available
• We are about to launch and intend to provide some salary compensation by end of March
