Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:UX Designer ,UX research ,Lead Experience
• 2-3 years of experience leading design research efforts across the product development lifecycle of at least one successfully launched product or service.
• Candidate must have examples of how they applied research experience to influence decisions at various points in the product development lifecycle.
• Must demonstrate strong research skills, including research design, study moderation, and qualitative/quantitative analysis.
• Must be able to collaborate actively as part of a cross-functional project team.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
