We are currently bidding on a contract providing IT and Cyber Security services for the IT Division within the NSWC Corona Division, Corporate Operations Department, supporting the Command Information Office, Information Technology Operations, Information Management Customer Services and Cyber Security.
This opportunity is contingent upon successful contract award to Oneida Technical Solutions.
We will be seeking a Video Teleconference Technician to join our team.
The Video Teleconference Technician operates video teleconferencing equipment including powering the up teleconferencing equipment, checking equipment for proper operation, setting audio levels, positioning camera functions, performing secure or non-secure setup; operate or assist in operating session control panel, studio control unit, and high-resolution graphics.
The individual selected for this role will provide assistance to users in conducting video teleconference sessions, which may include conference preparation, and monitoring VTC equipment and system performance, reporting equipment and network problems to appropriate parties for maintenance or repair.
This role requires (3) years of experience with Video Teleconference equipment, strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service/communication skills.
A Secret Clearance is required for this position.
