This internship will provide a real opportunity to contribute to our team and make a significant impact on our recruitment processes.

Soccer Holdings, LLC., is the parent company of professional soccer clubs Louisville City FC (USL Championship) and Racing Louisville FC (NWSL). Both teams call Lynn Family Stadium in the Butchertown neighborhood home and operate out of the nearby Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center. Louisville City launched in 2015 and quickly established a winning tradition, claiming USL titles in 2017 and 2018. Racing Louisville FC joined the NWSL as an expansion member in 2021, bringing top-tier professional sports back to Kentucky for the first time in nearly 50 years.

Job Questions:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify & evaluate potential signings through video scouting of international women's leagues.
- Cover assigned markets to support potential signings and evaluate players identified by our technical staff.
- Present players to front office & technical who fit the desired playing style and can contribute to our first team.
Requirements:
- Available to work 10-20 hours per week remotely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively deliver presentations to office and technical staff.
- Strong knowledge of women's soccer, including its global leagues and players.
- Passionate about scouting and player evaluation in women's soccer.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience following, analyzing, or working with women's soccer.
- Experience writing about, covering, and analyzing women's soccer
- Ability to identify, communicate, and build connections with player agents.
- Understanding of differences in global leagues regarding player quality and style of play, as well as historical transfer flows between leagues
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible for college credit.
