We are looking for an Automotive Service: Video Coordinator! We are looking for individuals who can think on their feet and communicate effectively. This position is a customer serviced based role. The goal for this position is to communicate the results of Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) to customers via video. The right candidate will have a strong background in customer service, communication and video coordinating. The day-to-day duties of this role include gathering a report of the Multi-Point Inspection from technicians, then communicate the vehicles "symptoms" to customers.

Automotive Service: Video Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Aid technicians with informing the customer via video about the overall health of their vehicle
  • Aid technicians with informing the customer via video about recognizing unknown problems
  • Aid technicians with informing the customer via video about recommending repairs
  • Aid technicians with informing the customer via video about preparing their vehicle for future maintenance
  • Making and editing videos 
  • Sending videos to the customer using the PBS app 
  • Maintaining a daily schedule for customers that have an appointment for Multi-Point Inspections 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing, social media coordinating or automotive dealership (preferred) 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • video & editing competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to learn about new technology, repair or service procedures and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
