Education:
BA in marketing, communication, film production, or other related field and at least 2 years of related work experience OR AA and 5 years related work experience OR HS and 7 years related work experience.

Essential Functions:
- Video Production and Editing
- Capture, edit, and assemble video footage into polished content for various digital and social media platforms.
- Produce and implement motion graphics that enhance storytelling and visual appeal in videos.
- Encode, export, and optimize videos in different formats and sizes for specific platforms and usage.
- Oversee and coordinate video shoots, including setup, filming, lighting, and audio as needed at our D.C. headquarters.
- Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce video-based marketing collateral, driving brand consistency and engagement across projects.
- Assist in creating engaging social media content, video posts, and stories for various channels.
- Contribute to the development and design of marketing materials, such as brochures, graphics, presentations, and other media assets.
- Help monitor social media platforms, ensuring timely responses and active engagement.
- Training Content Development
- Develop and edit video-based training materials for our internal training programs, collaborating with relevant departments to meet instructional needs.
- Organize and catalog training videos and materials for efficient access and use across the organization.
- Other Duties
- Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and provide updates on project status
- Assist with various marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager
- Other duties as assigned or required
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, video production, and/or digital content creation.
- Strong proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Familiarity with encoding and exporting video files in different formats for social media, web, and training platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends in digital marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative team mindset.
- Must reside in or near the D.C. Metro area and be available for occasional travel to our D.C. headquarters.
