We are looking for a smart, customer-obsessed, and analytical Product Marketing Manager to help grow our digital video business and create innovative and engaging customer experiences. This role will be responsible for planning and executing best-in-class video strategies aimed at optimizing the PV Storefront customer experience (CX) across various customer cohorts with the ultimate goal of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Candidates will have experience working cross-functionally across internal business/product teams globally, driving marketing programs that reach millions of customers, and analyzing data to influence two-way door decisions that best resonate with customers. Candidates will also drive and optimize existing storefront auditing programs to identify immediate customer-facing defects as well as feature requests for longer-term improvements. A mind for innovation, thinking big, and learning through testing is highly valued.

Key job responsibilities

- Collaborate with technical and business teams to enhance the customer storefront CX by identifying solutions through automation.

- Develop customer segmentation experiment roadmap and manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning and execution as well as reporting on individual campaign results and bigger picture trends.

- Execute A/B tests, analyze results, and present results/recommendations effectively to different levels of stakeholders including senior leadership.

- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations.

- Manage storefront auditing mechanisms across multiple organizations and identify opportunities to improve the customer storefront CX.

Basic Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience engaging with and learning new content management system/tools

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong critical and analytical thinking

- Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems

- Strong communications skills to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate plans to senior leadership

- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

- Experience with A/B testing

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
