We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing, shooting, and editing corporate videos. This role requires a creative individual who can manage the entire video production process from concept to completion, while also effectively communicating with clients. The Video Producer will work closely with the Head of Video Production, external agencies and directors on set to ensure the highest quality of video content is delivered.
Key Job Responsibilities
The base salary range for this position is $82,000 - $105,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
Photography & Video Equipment Operation: Knowledge of photography and video equipment; ability to operate and maintain photography and video equipment in order to produce professional images and footage that meet organizational specifications.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Video Editing: Knowledge of the processes and activities associated with video editing; ability to use, software and tools for video editing.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Video Production:
- Produce high-quality corporate videos that meet client specifications and brand guidelines.
- Manage all aspects of video production including planning, scripting, shooting, and editing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Work closely with the Head of Video Production to align on vision and execution.
- Shooting:
- Operate and maintain video equipment, with a preference for experience using Sony Cinema cameras and RED cameras.
- Ensure high-quality footage by managing lighting, sound, and camera settings.
- Work with Head of Video Production and/or directors for on-site/virtual video shoots and manage production crews as needed.
- Editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using industry-standard software.
- Add graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
- Ensure final videos are delivered on time and meet all technical and creative standards.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Provide regular updates and incorporate client feedback throughout the production process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven experience in producing, shooting, and editing corporate videos.
- Hands-on experience with Sony Cinema cameras and RED cameras.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a client-facing role is highly preferred.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
