The primary objective of this position is to directly influence the visual presentation of all assigned Ferragamo points of sale, driving sales performance through impactful in-store visual merchandising and window displays. The position requires travel to various store locations within an assigned region to effectively communicate and implement visual merchandising strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for implementing product displays, floor moves, window/lightbox installations across assigned stores in the Southeast Region. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct daily store visits (90% field, 10% home office) to ensure the visual direction is consistent and aligned with corporate VM initiatives.
- Create and share detailed VM reports and photo documentation with corporate and store teams following window changes, floor moves and new product presentations.
- Provide ongoing training to store teams on product presentation, visual maintenance standards, and the importance of maintaining the brand’s image. Foster awareness of the brand’s visual direction.
- Support cross-function teams on product launches, trunk shows, special events, and store openings, ensuring visual merchandising aligns with all initiatives.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of in-store visual merchandising items (bust forms, display materials, furniture, lighting, etc.) and ensure that all items are in accordance with store layouts and visual guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury fashion.
- Must have 3 years experience.
- Excellent visual and creative skills, with an ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for color, texture, and design composition.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- A degree or certification in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or related field is preferred.
- Photography skills and proficiency in relevant software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite… etc.)
- AutoCAD experience preferred.
- Valid Driver License.
