Assist in integrating seasonal marketing strategy into physical retail experience.
Partner with Visual Communications, Merchandising, and Learning & Development teams to deliver VM training (standards guide, floorset direction, VM styling guardrails) to the field.
Liaise with internal partners; including Merchandising, Marketing, Promotion, Operations, and Planning/Allocations.
Keep abreast of industry and market trends, competitive set, research lifestyle and design trends that will inform the merchandising strategy and keep each brand competitive and relevant in our ever evolving retail landscape.
