Our core competency as a business is local manufacturing of customizable products for the home: artwork, interior furniture & home decor. We make all the products in our factory on the west side of Oahu in Kapolei and we sell to our customers through our various retail locations on Oahu, Maui and the Big Island. We are looking for a full-time creative and experienced Senior Visual Merchandiser to play a vital role in helping grow our division's sales through strategic planning, training, and execution of product/visual displays. Pay is between $65-75k salary (commensurate with experience) plus incentives. Full-time employees are eligible for full benefits that include: medical coverage, 401k, paid time off and an employee discount (25% across all sister brands). Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Responsible for retail visual plan

- Plans and creates the visual package on new product rollouts

- Ensure full visual execution in all retail locations to optimize sales

- Analyzes sales reports and makes appropriate changes

- Works closely with Product Development team to understand product planning and sales goals

- Responsible for overseeing Junior Visual Merchandiser

Here is what we are looking for in candidates:

- 3-5 years visual merchandising experience

- Retail experience a plus

- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

- Organizational, planning skills

- Excellent problem solving, analytical skills

- Detail-oriented

- Ability to coach others

- Creative mind, resourceful

- High school graduate or equivalent

Status and Schedule:

- Monday-Friday, must be open to nights and weekends for special projects

- Ability to commute to Headquarters in Kapolei and our variety of retail locations on Oahu and the neighboring islands (Big Island and Maui).

- Must be located on Oahu
