Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned Senior Visual Merchandising Leader that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! The Visual Merchandising Manager collaborates closely with the Sr. Director of VM to oversee and enhance retail merchandising standards across the company. This dynamic role is crucial in shaping and refining the visual identity of our brand across all retail platforms. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of visual merchandising initiatives, from developing innovative strategies to collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as managing high-impact international projects. Your expertise will ensure that the brand's visual presentation is consistently aligned with its strategic vision and resonates with customers globally. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful visual product displays across all retail locations. Strong leadership, developmental, and communication skills are essential for fostering a cohesive visual strategy that enhances the overall customer experience.
QualificationsWhat you'll get to do:
- Develop and execute visually compelling in-store seasonal presentations, aligning with brand strategy, market trends, and customer engagement goals. Conduct thorough market research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inspiration, inform product launches, and refresh core categories while maintaining a competitive edge in the retail landscape.
- Develop and mentor direct report(s) to manage the operational functions of mock store and lead the development of creating and packaging of all Visual Merchandising tools.
- Monitor competitor visual merchandising strategies and adapt seasonal themes to ensure innovative, on-brand displays across all locations. Ensure seamless execution, maintaining consistency in visual standards and effectively showcasing key products to drive brand loyalty and sales.
- Lead and prioritize international projects, ensuring their successful execution by meeting deadlines and maintaining strict alignment with both international and U.S. directives. Drive cross-market coordination to ensure consistency and efficiency across global initiatives.
- Spearhead the development and management of visual merchandising guides, training materials, and a robust VM library, ensuring they are comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards. Curate resources that empower teams across all levels to execute impactful visual strategies with consistency and excellence.
- Oversee the design and execution of seasonal window displays and other visual elements, ensuring seamless alignment with marketing initiatives and brand messaging. Strategically craft visually captivating presentations that enhance the customer experience and drive brand visibility across key retail locations.
- Manage fixture tracking and sourcing for retail stores, ensuring timely procurement, delivery, and installation of fixtures to support store layout and merchandising needs.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising and leadership within a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and visual presentation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and adapt to market trends and consumer preferences.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 per year - $120,000 per year.
