Broad River Retail is currently seeking a Visual Impact Manager to join our Visual Impact team. This person will be the direct lead for two retail locations and will be responsible for implementing our merchandising strategy in-store and creating appealing, eye-catching visual displays along with maintaining our brand standards & strategy.

Broad River Retail is currently seeking a Visual Impact Manager to join our Visual Impact team. This person will be the direct lead for two retail locations and will be responsible for implementing our merchandising strategy in-store and creating appealing, eye-catching visual displays along with maintaining our brand standards & strategy.
DAY IN THE LIFE AS THIS MEMORY MAKER:
- Responsible for Premier visual presentation and product flow of the showroom
- Ensure timely completion of all tasks related to display product movement
- Analyze sales of products
- Manage and train the following operational duties: accessory receiving, informational POP tagging, placement of price tags & lighting
- Distribute accessories and wall dcor optimally throughout showroom display areas
- Reviews clearance/discontinued reports. Re-prices clearance accessory products. Effectively displays clearance products
- Improve the guest experience by creating exciting visual displays with furniture placement, creating color & lifestyle stories
- Hire, train, develop, and manage showroom associates
- All other duties as assigned
WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT:
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move furniture of 50lbs or more within the store, as well as have excellent mobility (standing, bending, lifting, stooping, climbing, pushing, etc.)
- 50% of time is spent in the Warehouse assisting with opening & assembling accessories. The other 50% is spent hands-on performing design work (hanging wall art, merchandising, designing rooms, etc.) on the showroom floor.

- This position operates on a contract-to-hire basis

Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- A minimum of 2 years of visual merchandising, accessory and/or retail furniture experience.
- Associates Degree in related field is preferred
- Ability to create and maintain consistent visual and merchandise presentations within their area of responsibility in accordance with the company standards manuals
- Be able to follow verbal and written direction from the Regional Visual Merchandiser and implement the directive with minimal supervision
- This role does require reliable transportation to travel within area of responsibility, as well as assist other Designers when needed
- Ability to work independently, have a strong sense of work ethic, professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and solid customer service skills
- Strong cognitive skills required; including the ability to learn quickly, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and be highly productive without needing much supervision
- Ability to perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
