We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Web Developer to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. As a Web Developer, you will play a key role in our ongoing transition to Salesforce, impacting the business by developing technical solutions and leading projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Salesforce platform, overseeing the technical aspects of our Salesforce integration, and directing project resources.

Responsibilities:
• Develop technical solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Lead Salesforce integration projects from a technical standpoint
• Direct project resources and run meetings
• Maintain and enhance the Salesforce Sales Cloud domain
• Utilize Salesforce Platform Developer certifications to optimize the platform
• Employ strong Apex and Lightning experience in Salesforce application management
• Manage Salesforce configuration, triggers, process builder, workflows, Visual force, Lightning experience, Apex Coding Controllers, Apex Processes
• Leverage scripting experience with Copado and AMPscript
• Handle data integration tasks.• Proficiency in Windows Forms is required for this role.
• Candidates must be well-versed in SQL - Structured Query Language.
• Java programming skills are essential for this Web Developer position.
• An understanding of J2EE - Java 2 Enterprise Edition is necessary.
• The candidate should be comfortable working with Linux operating systems.
• Ability to apply OOD - Object Oriented Design principles is a key requirement.
