Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

Web Developer
Location: McLean, VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

Key Requirements:

  • Must maintain an active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience with graphic design principles.
  • Demonstrated experience with web development.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing web-based training products.
  • Demonstrated experience with video recording and editing.
  • Demonstrated experience with the Adobe Creative suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Premiere, Media Encoder, After Effects, XD, and Animate.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites.
  • Demonstrated experience with Section 508 user accessibility guidelines and compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with key stakeholders to determine present and future user needs.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a training environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • You will provide development and production of innovative and interactive web, video, and multimedia products.
  • You will be responsible for the research, programming, and design of website interfaces, as well as their testing and quality control.
  • You will work in a cross-functional team with Instructional Systems Designers (ISD), Course Directors (CDs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), as well as marketing and communications professionals to determine how requirements are satisfied.
  • You will ensure 508 Compliant products as you maintain the team's websites.
  • You will provide edits to video film, including adding narrations, sound effects, animations, music, and interactive graphics using Adobe After Effects. These video products will be standalone or incorporated into other multimedia products that support other applications, websites, or training products.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience with the HTML 5 programming language, CSS, JavaScript, XML or jQuery.
  • Demonstrated experience with, or knowledge of web UI frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience with WordPress.
  • Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Designer.
  • Certifications in: UX/UI, SharePoint Administration, SharePoint Development.
