Two Six Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Web Developers to join our TCI team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about web development and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. As a Junior Web Developer, you will work closely with our development team to create and maintain high-quality web applications and contribute to the success of our projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript/Java frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Create custom MS365 web add-ins to extend functionality and enhance user interaction within our platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust web applications, following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of web applications to ensure quality and reliability.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends, sharing knowledge with the team to maintain a seamless user experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 + years of experience
• Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one web development framework or library such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Basic understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in server-side programming languages (Node.js, Python, PHP) and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and preprocessors (Webpack, Babel, Sass), and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Selenium).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence), serverless architectures, and microservices.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and web accessibility standards.
• Understanding of best practices for web accessibility and implementing scalable, maintainable solutions.
