In support of this goal, we are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our team in our Seattle office. What does the Full Stack Developer do? The Full Stack Web Developer plays an integral role on the Enterprise Applications team by architecting and developing scalable technical solutions that deliver organizational value and long-term success. Specific responsibilities include designing and developing integrations/APIs to manage data across cloud-based platforms, reporting services, and other applications. You will also be working closely with product managers, business analysts, architects, and subject matter experts to design and produce solutions to business problems, and more. What else should I know about this position? This is a full-time, salaried position, reporting to our Director of Business Applications. This position works a hybrid schedule with at least two days in-person in our Seattle office, with the remaining days available to work at home/remotely. What are you looking for in the ideal candidate? To be successful as a Full Stack Web Developer at CorneaGen, the ideal candidate should: Have completed their high school diploma; preference will be given to candidates that have completed their Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Possess a minimum of four years of previous experience in software development. Previous experience should also demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of the following areas: NodeJS and React; Redux experience is a plus. HTML and CSS. MySQL; SQL Server experience is a plus. Demonstrated experience with Azure/AWS environment management and serverless architecture and development is also beneficial. Be able to work successfully in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Understand coding best practices and a commitment to follow them. Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization. Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized. Be able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively; able to handle urgent interruptions professionally. Possess a strong functional understanding of systems, databases/database terminology. Be able to work under pressure and time constraints. Maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality. What compensation and benefits do you offer? The minimum annual salary for this position is $115,000 and the maximum annual salary is $121,500. Individual compensation will vary within this range based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, dependent upon company and individual performance.
