Technical Writer
Serves as the Technical Writer (TW) by supporting the program and assists in generating Strategic Communications products across USCYBERCOM and external partners for consistent and effective messaging.
Assists in the preparation of all documentation, to include IIRs, TASKORDs, MOAs, Transition Plans, Quad Charts, POAMs, SOPs, etc., helping to ensure consistent messaging and formatting.
Provide reach back support to produce visual aids, graphic designs, and to produce effective communications to senior leadership and decision makers.
Assists LOE leads by matching efforts to stated objectives from Combatant Command OPLANs, CONPLANs, and CDR's Intent.
Supports the development of materials based on LOEs for inclusion within War Games, Exercises, TTXs and other events for the purpose of socializing concepts and effects across multiple levels of leadership.

Qualifications:
Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility required and a current CI polygraph and background investigation. Full scope/Lifestyle polygraph preferred but not required.
Must have a strong, clear writing style and familiar writing in active voice.
Must have experience with military document preparation such as writing regulations, guidelines and orders.
7+ years' experience in technical writing or reporting (HUMINT or SIGINT)
Strong, demonstrable writing skills required with experience in preparing assessments and info papers for Senior Leaders.
Experience in preparing and presenting results of analysis and assessments.
The ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
A high level of competency expected with Microsoft Office tools - especially Power Point and Word.
Working knowledge of Confluence is preferred.
Familiarity with current DoD Directives and Instructions for document preparation and standards.
Working familiarity with current USCYBERCOM document preparation guidelines and formats is preferred.
Current or previous experience working within Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) or Special Access Programs (SAP) preferred but not required.
