Job Title: Workday Report Writer Hours: 20-30 hours per week

$120,000 - $185,000 Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Workday Report Writer to join our client's technology team. This position is a hybrid position, and we are looking for someone who can dedicate 20-30 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for creating complex reports within Workday, particularly focusing on data validation. You will collaborate with our internal team, who are gradually gaining proficiency with simpler reports, to tackle more advanced and nuanced report-writing tasks. We need someone who can quickly adapt to our environment and make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write complex Workday reports, with a focus on data validation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver high-quality reports.
• Assist the internal team in improving their Workday report writing skills by sharing best practices and guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data presented in reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Workday report writing, especially with complex reports.
• Strong understanding of Workday data structures and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal team members.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address reporting issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data validation and ensuring data accuracy in reporting.
• Familiarity with best practices for Workday report development.
