Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Hardware UX Researcher to join their team. As a Hardware UX Researcher, you will be supporting a New Product Experimentation team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, and experience with data and utilizing numbers to define and support hypotheses. Job Title: Hardware UX Researcher Location: Seattle, WA Pay Range: $65/hour What's the Job? Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative and some quantitative methods, including remote and in-home interviews, diary studies, in-lab studies with novel hardware prototypes, and ethnographic observation, to track current MR product performance in market and inform future VR product development Work closely with partners (hardware engineering, industrial design, product management, privacy & security, and more) to ensure the product team is moving forward with a clear understanding of the user problem space Effectively communicate with and present findings to a variety of audiences from product teams to executive leadership Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to identify, define and deliver meaningful products into the world Lead various research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle What's Needed?
