Job Description:
The UX Design Program Manager will lead UX projects, ensuring user-focused design solutions that align with business goals. This role combines a deep understanding of UX design principles with program management to optimize workflows, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage UX projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with user and business goals.
• UX Advocacy: Embed user-centered design principles, ensuring solutions are guided by research and usability best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate between design, product, and engineering teams to maintain project alignment.
• Process Improvement: Streamline UX workflows to increase efficiency and reduce design debt.
• Risk Management: Identify and address potential issues to keep projects on track.
• Metrics & Insights: Track project performance and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• UX Expertise: Strong grasp of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Program Management Skills: Experience managing complex projects with Agile or other methodologies.
• Communication: Excellent skills in facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Preferred: Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) and project management software (e.g., JIRA).

This role requires balancing UX Design principles with project management to deliver exceptional user experiences efficiently for a product.
