JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. User Experience Architect leads and guides User Experience teams, providing strategic direction and overseeing the entire user experience design process. They are responsible for the development of user centric experiences based on the client's business objectives and strategic goals; ensuring user-based tasks are grounded in the over strategy and best practices.
In this role, the Sr. User Experience Architect develops relationships with different agency departments including Strategy, Art, Copy, Editorial, Account and Project Management. They can be involved in decision making, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the user experience aligns with business goals and will play a key role in shaping the User Experience Strategy. This role requires mentoring junior level team members and plays a key role in shaping strategy. They must display critical and logical thinking. The Senior User Experience Architect is expected to be well versed in legal, medical, and regulatory pharma guidelines, as well as any client specific rules and brand guidelines.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities • Develop user centric experiences based on the client's business objectives and strategic goals • Ensure user-based tasks are grounded in the over strategy and UX best practices. • Perform UX tasks in digital formats for assigned projects that focus on the end-user and the intended actions to take throughout their journey. • Advocate for the user, and how the digital product's architecture and the functionality appropriately meet those needs. • Able to evangelize the importance of empathizing with the experiences of the end user. Cross Functional Collaboration • Develop relationships with different agency departments including Strategy, Art, Copy, Editorial, Account and Project Management. • Communicates with team members regarding deadlines, revisions, quality control and new work. • Collaborate with the team in a productive manner. • Work with Product Design partners to ensure that the intended branding, campaign, and layout as well as UX architecture and functionality are aligned with the needs of the user with the guidance of the UX Lead. • Proactively approach supervisor with new ideas and suggestions for personal career growth and team dynamics. Administration • Demonstrate a detail oriented and organized approach to daily responsibilities. • Identify and address inter-department situations involving process and/or communication breakdowns and escalate issues to Lead as needed • Completes timesheets, expenses, and all other administrative duties accurately and on a timely basis.
EDUCATION:
DEGREE/DIPLOMA AREA OF STUDY REQUIRED/PREFERRED
Bachelor's Degree Areas of Concentration: Marketing, advertising, computer science, human- computer interaction, human factors, psychology, anthropology, graphic design, or related discipline Preferred
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
UX professional certification (preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AREA OF EXPERTISE REQUIRED/PREFERRED
7+ years' Experience: designing applications, interactive Related Roles: UX Information Architect, UX Strategist, Technical Preferred touchscreen experiences and websites. Writer, Content Strategist, UI/ Developer, HCI, Visual Communications, UI/ Graphic Design, or related field preferred. Agency, healthcare, and interactive design experience a plus.

• Provide support for pitches.
