Our client, a leading Financial Services provider, is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team. As a UX Researcher, you will be part of the Product Development team supporting various product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for storytelling which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Conduct a full range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to support product development.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while collaborating with 2-3 clients.
- Present research findings to Executive Teams and Stakeholders effectively.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure user insights are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
- Design and analyze surveys, build journey maps, and conduct usability studies.
What's Needed?
- Experience in UX research with a focus on qualitative methods.
- Strong ability to communicate research findings clearly and effectively.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Ability to build personas and journey maps based on user research.
- Experience in conducting usability studies and A/B testing.
