Are you an engaging, enthusiastic and outgoing individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the field of marketing? Are you looking for a fun, challenging, and rewarding position? Bath Planet/Granite Transformations is immediately hiring a team of Field Marketers. In this role, you will represent both companies as a brand ambassador at local events.
The core role of Field Marketer will be scheduling design consultations with prospective customers and generating solid leads at home shows, trade shows, local markets, and festivals in and around the Jacksonville area. The ideal candidate is someone friendly, positive, outgoing, energetic, creative, professional and self-motivated.
Hourly Base Pay: $15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus bonus commission.
Responsibilities- Proactively approach & engage prospects at events in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Generate and accurately capture event leads and scheduling free in-home design consultation appointments for our sales team.
- Assist with event booth/display setup and breakdown.
- Consistent reliability and availability.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions, and ability to effectively communicate them to prospects.
- Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, collateral as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attire.
- Demonstrate a consistent positive attitude and approach, along with a teamwork mentality.
- Contribute to social media platforms with photos and videos at events.
- Comfortability with data entry on multiple forms of technology.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability and willingness to work primarily on weekends and occasional evenings (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, potentially some week days depending on the week).
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Enthusiastic and infectious attitude.
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
- Customer-centric approach to each interaction.
- Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement, with strong motivation to book consultations/set appointments.
- Enthusiastic and infectious attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 - 10 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Previous experience as Field Marketer/Brand Ambassador/Lead Generator a PLUS!
- Home improvement experience/knowledge a PLUS!
- Customer service experience a PLUS!
- Flexible schedule & fun work environment.
- Hourly pay + generous bonus potential.
- Events only in the Northeast Florida market (no overnight travel required!)
- Part time (12-30 hours per week, depending on event schedule).
- Majority of events take place on weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun).
