Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Care Marketer with Private pay experience to join our team in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Florida. This hybrid role focuses on driving client acquisition and promoting our private pay in-home care services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills, with a deep understanding of the home care industry. This position offers a competitive base salary of $100k plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Sales:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain private pay clients.
- Engage with potential clients, their families, and referral sources to effectively communicate the benefits of our home care services.
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Marketing and Community Outreach:
- Identify and build relationships with key referral sources, including healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and local organizations.
- Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials that align with the company's brand and goals.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Track and report on sales metrics, client acquisition data, and marketing campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the home care industry.
- Private pay insurance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong understanding of the home care market in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Work Environment: This is a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work. The position may involve travel within Broward and Palm Beach Counties to meet with clients and attend community events. Flexible hours are available to accommodate client needs and event schedules.
