About the Role:
As our Growth Marketer, you’ll develop and execute strategies to scale customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. You’ll take a data-driven approach to drive results while thinking creatively about innovative ways to grow our brand. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to optimize campaigns and customer touchpoints across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Acquisition: Design and implement strategies to drive growth across paid media (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads), email, SEO, content marketing, and partnerships.
• Retention and Engagement: Create and manage retention campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, SMS platforms, and loyalty programs.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance, optimizing based on insights and KPIs.
• A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to improve conversion rates, engagement, and other key metrics.
• Cross-Channel Marketing: Develop and execute strategies across all customer touchpoints to ensure a cohesive and effective customer journey.
• Collaborative Ideation: Work with the creative team to develop compelling content and messaging for campaigns.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, testing emerging platforms and channels to find new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role (2-5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and SEO tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting and learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
