 Our ideal candidate will be a "go-getter" with prior experience in the healthcare field and will:

·         Bachelor’s or Associate degree in marketing /business administration

·         Be creative, entrepreneurial, and a strategic thinker.

·         Be self-motivated with strong time-management skills.

·         Have experience with Area Agency on Ageing, hospitals and long-term care facilities.

·         Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Be comfortable meeting with clients both at home and in clinical settings, such as hospitals, nursing facilities as well as with Service coordinators and social workers Primary Responsibilities

·         Call on and develop relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, home health and hospice agencies, assisted living communities, adult day care centres, senior community centres, and a variety of community-based organizations.

·         Coordinate post-discharge home care with hospital and skilled nursing facility discharge planners, social workers and physicians.

·         Plan and lead in-service programs at healthcare and senior care organizations to advance our company goals

·         Schedule and present information about Aloaye Home Care programs and Services to the community organizations, including doctors’ office, hospital, nursing homes, independent living facilities, planning boards and other healthcare professional.

·         Research and participate in health and wellness fairs, coordinate partnership with different health care agencies with long term impact targets in mind.
