Position Summary: The Senior Creative Lead, Growth will be responsible for inspiring and leading the development and execution of the EarnIn brand positioning and strategy. They’ll build integrated, brand-centric campaigns that will drive user acquisition, engagement and retention across all the growth channels. This role will partner closely with the Growth team and Creative production counterparts to drive the conceptualization, development, and execution, of creative across growth marketing channels. They’ll co-pilot the creative strategies and campaigns, lead creative testing and collaborate with internal teams on improving and optimizing creative performance. They’ll also partner with Product Marketers to develop messaging for new products and features. This role will report to the Creative Director. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000 - $226,000 equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in our Palo Alto offices two days per week. What You’ll Do: Translate marketing briefs to innovative creative campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement and contribute to brand love Lead and produce a high-volume of creative deliverables on growth channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CTV) Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to ensure the EarnIn brand is seamlessly integrated throughout end-to-end customer journeys Empower, develop, and energize the Creative copy team to ensure copy is seamlessly integrated and delivering best in class storytelling Leverage research, insights, and learnings to inform creative decisions that are rooted in consumer needs and business priorities, while driving performance Influence and secure cross-functional buy-in with executives and key partners and build the credibility needed to push our brand to new levels of creative excellence Review Growth and Product Marketing copy assets the team develops to ensure consistent tone of voice that delivers best in class creative Establish and manage strong vendor and agency partnerships when needed What We’re Looking For: 10 years of experience as a brand creative inclusive of performance and growth marketing A proven history of developing creative strategies across marketing platforms and inspiring work for a brand in order to differentiate in a crowded marketplace. Extensive experience making creative decisions in real-time, including developing messaging, positioning, voice and targeting audiences based on qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing performance data and applying that information to creative work accordingly. Direct experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional partners (growth, marketing, product), internal creatives (copywriters, art directors, production) and external agency partners. Broad experience attracting, building, leading and retaining passionate and talented creative teams Ability to proactively solve creative problems, self-motivate and work independently as well as collaboratively. An exceptionally creative thinker and communicator with an inquisitive mind that is comfortable and passionate about the intersection of strategy, media, marketing, consumer insights and creative. Strong track record of interacting and working with multiple stakeholders and partnering collaboratively with performance media, brand marketing, creative ops and product marketing teams. Ability to influence at all levels of an organization, including the Executive Leadership Team. Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
