Our client in the photography industry is looking for a Bilingual Retail Service Support Representative - Photography to join their team on a permanent basis!  The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a customer service role working with electronics or in a retail setting that requires knowledge of photography of electronics products. An interest in photography is an asset for this role. This is a full-time permanent position that requires 4 days on site in their Mississauga office and one day in a remote capacity. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and factual inquiries related to products and accessories
• Provide viable solutions to customers both face-to-face and via phone and email
• Provide service-related information to customers/dealers while promoting sales of products and repairs
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding product features, specifications, and pricing
• Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams or departments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of a Post Secondary education
• Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Familiarity with current Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X environments
• Ability to give and receive technical information with internal and external customers in a courteous manner
