Partner with Global Marketing and Product Marketing teams to craft strategy and plans that enablebreakthroughactivationsacrossowned,earned,andpaidmarketingchannels.Correlate activations to measurement plans that yield performance results.
Leadcohesivebrandactivationplansincludingbrandadvertising,productinnovationcampaigns, always-on marketing activities, brand partnerships and extensions into culture and entertainment. Drive consistent experiences across all audience touch points.
Developcontentstrategieswithinternalteamsandexternalagenciesthatenablebrand advertising in partnership with Studio and agency partners.
Advocateforbrandmarketinginvestmentsthatcreatesustainable,marketingimpactand business growth.
Championbrandpurpose,ensuringItiscoordinatedintothedefinitionofourbrandsandinto how our brands show up at every touch point.
WhatYou’llNeedtoSucceed
10+years’experienceinbrandmarketinginclient,agencyindustries. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (MBA preferred).
Provenexperiencebuildingbrandsandresults-orientedmarketingplans.Familiaritywithbrand fundamentals (architecture, identity, and competitive positioning) of global brand.
The ability to work with global brands that span consumer and enterprisebusinesses.
Applieduseofconsumerinsights,marketresearch,marketinganalyticsandmeasurementmodels.
Understandingoffull-funnelmarketing;diversemarketingchannels,associatedgoals,andmetrics.
Beaconfidentstoryteller.Exhibitexecutivepresencecombinedwithcommunicationandsocial skills that authentically engage all levels of the organization.
Beenergizedbyconnectingthedotsbetweeninsights,strategyandplanning,andimpactfulresults.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $138,800 -- $256,450 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
