THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Field Marketing for North America to lead our regional marketing initiatives.
In this highly impactful role at Ivalua, you will build strategies and plans to enhance brand awareness and drive pipeline growth for the region, in close collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and Global Digital teams. Your responsibilities will include leading online and offline programs, with a strong emphasis on ABM and events.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall field marketing strategy for North America, aligning with corporate goals and regional market dynamics.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 field marketing professionals.
- Demand Generation: Design and implement multi-channel demand generation programs, including events, webinars, and targeted campaigns.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Spearhead the ABM strategy, focusing on key accounts and verticals.
- Collaboration with Sales: Partner closely with Sales teams to understand customer needs and align marketing initiatives.
- Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of regional hosted events and customer engagement activities.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 10+ years of successful track record in a senior marketing role with a focus on field marketing.
- Solid experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build exceptional partnerships with Sales teams.
- Experience leveraging data-driven insights to inform operational decisions.
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
