Clutch is looking for a Community Manager with agency experience for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Account Teams and Art Directors to execute a community-driven content strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Oversee and implement monthly community engagement plans, post content, and share user-generated content in real-time to maintain consistent interactions and a compelling brand presence.
- Actively engage with audiences in real-time, initiate conversations with like-minded brands, influencers, and fans to expand the community ecosystem.
- Partner with the Social Strategist to plan ad campaigns that drive engagement and strengthen brand awareness.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media or community management in an agency setting.
- Bachelor's in Communication, Media, or similar.
- Experience with influencer relations strongly preferred.
- Expertise across major social platforms with a natural ability to connect with audiences.
- Proven success in fostering awareness and engagement within niche communities.
- A test-and-learn approach to keep community strategies relevant.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and a willingness to explore new social platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to capture and maintain a brand's tone in every interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic photo and video editing skills; proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom is a bonus.
