As the Content Editing Coordinator, you will join a team with vibrant, creative, dedicated editors and health care professionals to create custom client formularies. You will use your medical and pharmaceutical knowledge to work with specialized internal tools (Lexidrug Information Management System), interpret source documents, and utilize higher levels of expertise in management of digital databases. You will be working closely with our clients in order to provide ongoing support utilizing our system. In this role, you will report to the Manger, Content Editing and work from your remote home office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Represents WKH-Clinical Solutions in a positive, professional, and customer-focused manner + Treats fellow employees and customers in a Fair, Honest, Responsive, and Results-Oriented manner. + Facilitates meetings to define formulary creation process and guide client in customization of content while adhering to internal policies and procedures. + Responsible for the editorial creation of custom formularies from client submitted drug lists and source documents. + Educates client to maintain their formulary within the Lexidrug Information Management system (LIMs). + Provides continued support with client questions about LIMs functionality. Assists with table creation and loading of documents using proprietary systems. Manages client content when contractually obligated based upon client directives. + Triage client questions and directs to appropriate internal team to address issues outside of formulary management. + Provides timely, accurate, and quality responses (written, verbal) to customer inquiries, as needed. + Responsible for deploying content to proper platforms utilizing proprietary systems and communicating with technical teams. + Collaborates with engineering to troubleshoot technical challenges with content output. + Applies practical experience as well as evaluation and synthesis of information to form logical and accurate conclusions to aid in the maintenance of content. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain detailed documentation of these projects.
