Key job responsibilities
As a SDE on the Prime Video Personalization team, you will have deep subject matter expertise in the area of recommendation systems. You will work with teams of scientists and engineers to translate business and functional requirements into concrete system deliverables. You will lead efforts in engineering infrastructures that power foundational models, driving the development of innovative approaches to personalization, and providing opportunities for scientists and engineers to invent and implement scalable ML solutions supporting new Customer Experiences.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
