Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join the Trove team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design processes and be passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to translate business needs and user insights into functional and visually appealing designs.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to visualize and test ideas and solutions.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure user-friendly and cohesive experiences across all platforms.
- Design user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, following design principles and best practices.
- Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members, iterating on designs to improve usability and satisfaction.
- Define and organize content structures and navigation flows to optimize user experience.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI pattern libraries to ensure product consistency.
- Plan and facilitate user testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather actionable insights.
- Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of professional experience as a UX Designer, with a solid portfolio showcasing your work in digital planning and design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other relevant design and prototyping software.
- Experience with user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to user challenges.
- A team player who is open to feedback and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
