Job Description:

We are  is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute events that enhance our brand and engage our audience. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver successful events. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate events, including logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define event objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Identify and secure suitable venues, vendors, and service providers for events.
• Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Develop detailed event plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and contingency strategies.
• Handle on-site event management and troubleshooting to address issues as they arise.
• Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring events stay within budget.
• Collect and analyze feedback to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
