Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design and produce compelling graphics for a variety of marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and high visual impact.
- Uphold and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring uniformity and high standards across all marketing and communication channels.
- Coordinates with customers and stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Experience using a variety of design and editing tools and software such as Adobe.
- Knowledge of color, layout, template design, composition, typography, digital design, and production management.
- Devise and manage a social media calendar.
- Manage brand photography for marketing materials, as requested.
- Collaboratively devise and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns alongside the marketing team.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in graphic design, social media, and marketing strategies, integrating cutting-edge practices into company initiatives.
- Coordinate and support the logistical aspects of marketing events and promotional activities.
- Engage with external agencies or services as needed, ensuring quality deliverables that align with company standards and goals.
Competencies:
- Creative Vision and Design: Profound creative ability with expertise in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
- Social Media Acumen: Proven track record in managing and enhancing corporate social media presence, coupled with the ability to engage audiences and interpret analytical data.
- Brand Stewardship: Strong grasp of brand management principles, with the ability to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels of leadership.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Mastery of graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Excel and CANVA.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to complete basic website design and updates.
- Proven expertise in managing business-focused social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving meaningful audience interaction.
- In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting and manage multiple projects with precision.
- Engage in a dynamic blend of independent tasks and collaborative projects within a team-centric setting.
- Experience in project management software (i.e., Wrike, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a (+).
- Photography and digital tech experience a (+).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience preferably within the CPG, retail or food related industry.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience managing social media platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in copywriting, graphic design, social media management, and brand promotion.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- May require handling and transporting photography equipment and/or marketing materials as necessary.
- Ability to travel domestically with varying notice and periods.
Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based, with occasional travel for photo shoots and marketing events.
