Position Description | We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Writer to join our Cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for a variety of audiences, including technical staff, non-technical stakeholders, and end-users. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our cybersecurity policies, procedures, and systems are well-understood and properly implemented. | |
Skills Required | Knowledge of different cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Experience with graphic design and multimedia development. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the cybersecurity field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, or Microsoft Word. Experience with content management systems. | |

Experience Required | Develop and maintain a wide range of cybersecurity documentation, including: Policies and procedures System documentation User manuals and guides Training materials Incident response plans Security awareness materials Collaborate with cybersecurity team members to gather information and ensure technical accuracy. Translate complex technical concepts into clear and easy-to-understand language. Adhere to style guides and templates to ensure consistency and quality. Use a variety of authoring and content management tools. Manage documentation review and approval processes. Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity best practices and industry trends. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs. Assist with other cybersecurity-related tasks as needed. | |

Education Required | Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field. | |
