Location: Santa Clara, CA, 95054 (Hybrid)
Duration: Six months contract to start with

Client is looking for a dedicated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our event marketing and communications program and grow within the Marketing team. You will be a great teammate who is willing to take direction but also shows initiative and can work independently on projects. You are a fast learner who is willing to take on projects and take direction as assigned. You show a strong work ethic and continually strive to enhance your marketing skills. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and collaborate closely with team members across the organization to support various marketing initiatives and ensure the successful promotion of the Client's brand.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of internal and regional events, including setup, material coordination, and onsite assistance.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to manage things such as the company store.
  • Assist with ordering, inventory management, and distribution of promotional items to stakeholders.
  • Support various digital marketing activities, including company newsletters.
  • Assist in the creation, distribution, and performance analysis of marketing content across multiple channels (email, web, social media, print, and video).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units and the corporate marketing team, to ensure alignment and support for campaign initiatives.
  • Support campaign performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare internal reports and presentations.
  • Manage multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Required Skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, is desired.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Highly organized, proactive, analytical, attentive to detail, and responsive to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively produce concurrent deliverables and collaborate across business units.
  • Strong communication skills, both within and outside the team.
